Musician Fiona Frensche (a.k.a. Ashley Wilkes) hails from Greenwich Village, New York City and performs Jazz, Pop & Bossa Nova Standards with a little blues and swing thrown in for the pulse.

A veteran artist, Wilkes has been performing for more than two decades opening for such musical greats as Pete Seeger, The Coasters, The Crests and Herman's Hermits.

The singer has performed in cabarets, bistros and clubs and lounges all over NYC including NYC's very own Central Park. For the last five years Fiona has been expanding a repertoire that now includes French Cafe favorites and classic Spanish and Italian favorites singing in Portuguese, French, Itlalian & Spanish.

Recently the singer recorded the CD Memoires de Paris with fellow band mate Denny Bridges. Bridges also produced the CD and can be heard playing guitar with Frensche in the duo Grande Tourismo.

Fiona also performs with the Drummer/Percussionist & Singer Naomi Watanabe in the duo Luna Petticoat. The duo performs in downtown NYC clubs and at the Jersey Shore in the summer.

Frensche will be performing new songs & tracks from all 4 CDs at Montauk Yacht Club for its summer season 2009.
